I HAVE JUST GOT A BANDED SHARK EGG , I WILL POST PICTURES EVERY 3-4 DAYS THROUGH DEVELOPEMENT AND HOPEFULLY CATCH ITS BIRTH ON VIDEO CAMERA |

wow thats weird, i never seen one before, how long before they come out of egg, do you just keep the egg in a seperate tank on its own, come on give us some details |

not sure how long its been in thier i have done on in the past and grew it to 18" then gave it to a bloke that works for london aquarium (that was about 8 years ago) just watched david attenborough the other week and gave me some inspiration  ill put pics up evey 3-4 days so we can see it develope , and then comes the naming |

How much did you pay for ir? They sell them at our lfs for 39 pounds as an egg and 67 when it's hatched. Didn't have much luck getting our one to feed  |

I managed to hatch one of these 10 weeks ago if you gently touch the egg whist in the water they come to your hand when they hatch they think you are mum.
but the big sticking point is getting them to feed mine didnt and died tried cockles mussles and chopped squid even in the early hours of the morning as this is when they come out to feed. I only paid £25 quid for the egg |
