Since the problem i had with high readings in one of my tanks, then catching the fish to move them, the big neon damsel has got a cloudy eye is this due to the stress of catching him and moveing him what can i do will it clear up in time

Yes it will be a mix of poor water and the stress of netting and moving.

It will clear up but i would treat the water with a bacteria med to help him along i personally use HUEY HUNG H-1 Supercin for cloudy eye fin rot etc and find its excellent and doesn't seem to damage the filter (reading stay stable). But is hard to source and is expensive.

Another really good treatment for cloudy eye and tons of other fish ailments is Melafix available in most GOOD LFS again this is safe for your filter and is very effective.
