At night should i turn off all the lights in the tank or should i leave a moodlight on ?

If you have a moonilght, you should leave it on. That's why it's called moonlight.

Low level moonlight is a good idea if you have them, if not, all lights out is fine. Darkness/non photo period is almost if not as important as daylight/photo period to corals and inverts.

moonlights are designed to be kept on for a little while after main lights are turned off, to give a transition to darkness.

as we all have natural moonlight coming in from the windows, there is no need for night time lighting.
