Alright alright, carm down.
Are you sure its nitrite and not nitrate? If nitrite then it is harmful, should be 0 readings. Do a 50% water change. What caused it-did you clean the filter out under the tap or anything? Or feed them more than once a day? |

tracy what is your stock level for a 2 week old tank , and what size is the tank? |

Yeah after 2 weeks you should have very little fish? Wont mature few a good few weeks. Stop feeding them for a few days and do water change. After a few days start feeding once a day but only as much as they can eat within 30 seconds.
Sounds like you put too many fish in and over fed them causing the nitrite to fly up. Chill  |
