a sixty gallon tank (ish) is probably big enough to accommodate an extra oscar given the filtration you have.
unless you are very lucky or skillful however, keith is right.
if you are determined ,over a couple days lower tank temp to 72 degrees F.once you have bought your new oscar before you put him in remove your oscar and acara from the tank put them safely in a container, change 20% of your tank water re arrange everything in the tank add some new stones change the backing even change where your lighting sits (you get the idea)put all the fish in at the same time.(your own oscar will not have the same feelings of superiority and territory is all changed so they stert on a more even keel )
this all needs to be done quickly for the welfare of your fish.give them some live food to play with and cross your fingers

68Gal for 2 oscars.....
like tasha says we dont know the fish but we do know that 2 oscars in a 68Gal is going to get cramped

bolty has a very valid point, tanks do vary,if it is long and narrow you stand a better chance of success than if its more square, and does it actually hold 260lt? oscars themselves are all very different,i did not suggest it was a good idea i only suggested the best route if you are determined to try and dont buy another oscar unless you get an agreement to return it cos you may need to,and if you are very fond of your oscar it may not be worth the risk at worst he could be injured at best he may never be the same again if it doesnt work we all know how huffy they get

Two large Oscars in a vision 260 which you probably have around 240l of water. IMO No way
