Yeah Tasha, just sa that and was going to post a thread myself. Saying that, according to the advert, they do 'love to show off and play around'
Totally over priced though, although if they were one of the more unusual breeds like the red ones, they would fetch a higher proce than normal. |

and in my lfs they have cons 4in £10
not sure what other ppl think buy IMO they are well over the top |

in cambridge i seen a chillian red arowana for if i remember roght over £2,000
We have paid £34 for a 8 inch black Oranda ......however we returned it as it wasnt well and got our money back .......the fish later died |

Im my local fish shop they have some small discus. They are fully coloured up and are about 2 inches - and full of peppering. They are such funny shapes as well, almost oblong - nothing like round.
They are £49.00 each. They keep about 10 discus in a 2 foot shop tank.
What a rip of and such a shame that shops sell fish, that they seem to have no idea on how to keep. |

I put some blue triggers up for sale on here at £5 each ,no takers at all polka dot groupers £10 sold 3 out of 10 aquarists would rather buy at the lfs at inflated prices i know from experience.Why not buy off wayne he knows his stuff he can get tropical and marine? |

in my local fish shop they had 2" discus 55pound.....when iv seen them at other places for 15pound that size and bin in better health....and they also had an 8" common pleco for 30 pound..... |
