I know the method that is on ebay most of the time.. But isnt there a more effective and easier way of getting rid of Bristle worms?
I would like to just get the numbers down a little bit.

Don't aim to get rid of them as they are extremely beneficial feeding on detritus and turning over sand beds.

There are a few to be warry of but in the most part they are harmless if you are concerned about numbers add a fish such as the pyjama wrasse these will pick of the smaller ones and any large ones causing a problem (very unlikely) can easily be removed with tongs after lights out. They can sometimes be a problem with giant clams though.

Bristleworms are a beneficial addition to a reef or FOWLR aquarium
