Morning all..... most of you know (the oldies) that i sold all my marine gear (to Nigel and Linda) as i wanted to concentrate on building my Kio pond. Its taking some time to get around to do this, even with the offers of help from nigel!!
I'm here today to ask if anyone has some freebies. I'm looking for some 4x4 posts and scaffold boards to build a temp pond for some fry i want to keep.
If anyone has this kinda timber they want to get rid of cheap or just to get rid of it from a garden pls drop me a message here.
cheers people.....

Hi Drummer, if you haven't already......try a website called freecycle. Put an add on there aswell for your own area (if they have one) |

cool wil check out that website. i was looking into the kids pools. the blow up type are usless and puncture(been there!!). Was looing for the type with the legs and bars but can't find much under 170 quid!! Nigel has a pond built with the 4x4 and scoffold boards.... its really nice and waist height which is handy for the old back!!!
Although Nigel may have come up with a 7 x 2.5 x 2.5 for me to borrow? watch this space.
