Hi
I am looking to get some hermit crabs for my tank . I have not looked after inverts before and wondered if there was any special requirements . There is algae for them to eat . Will they be ok under T8 lighting ? At the momment my tank is fish only .

yep should be fine mate . no special requirments

as long as there has been no copper used in the tank they will be fine, copper will kill all inverts.

And nothing that will eat them (Puffers, Triggers ect)

They will if there small enough, It's there natural diet
