Yeah I've just bought my first house just outside of arundel in yapton. Just got back from shark fishing out of littlehampton (LA to us locals) caught smoothies, dogs, tope etc. How big a house you looking for? |
02-06-2007 21:21 by paul stevens
|
Well ive got to have enough room for me the wife and 2 kids and the mother-in-law.
We was looking around yapton i like it there so im still looking.
Whats that house next door to you... |
02-06-2007 21:26 by Jake Casson
|
You'll get a big house in wick (LA) for good money but its abit ***. The house next door is only 2 bed. Why ya moving here apart from missing me? |
02-06-2007 21:35 by paul stevens
|
I want to have some good fishing buddys.
Whats arundel like mate. |

Arundel is lovely, grown up there and know everyone. Can walk into every pub and know people. Full of stuck up people and people with drink/ drug probs though. And unless you have a min 300k then dont even look. One bed house there with no parking and tiny is over 200k hence I had to move. River is one of best in country though for big fish. Anywhere between worthing and bognor would be a good bet. Look on find a property.com |
02-06-2007 22:08 by paul stevens
|
Right so that one is out the window.
Where would you say is a good area ive got 250k.

Littlehampton is a very good place to buy at the mo as used to be abit run down but now has had millons pumped into new developments so is coming right up in the world. So that would prob your best bet, good investment. But its all built up between worthing and bognor and thats about 16 miles along the coast so anywhere there. Goring, durrington, ferring, rustinton, east preston, LA, yapton, barnham, bognor. Bognor is ok but now full of polish (you'll be used to outsiders up there anyway) as well as few chavs. Chichester is very nice but too expensive. Just do on find a prop and see, is that a 3 or 4 bed then? |
