Hi Folks
I was looking for some information on lighting for plants. I know the likes of Arcadia, Hagen and Interpet do specialist lighting for plants but which is best? So many to choose from these days. I know there are some graphical displays on the outer packaging of the fluorescent tubes, inculding wavelength, K-value etc but... Does anyone have any weblinks to these graphs or wavelengths of light emitted by them. Thanks |

The recommended rate is at least 3 watts per gallon and i would use a 7500K rated lamp and see how you go |

I was planning on around 10 -20watts per square foot of surface area.
Was hoping to view the specific wavelength emitted? |

This was the sort of thing I was looking for. Should have mentioned that it was for T5 and T8 size tubes.

darren i thought the recommended wpg was 2? thats if you have co2 and does ferts reguarly
sorry not to sure on the tubes as it depends how many you need etc chris |
