Kitten i caught last summer, had bigger but no pics. My mate has had them to 175lb, also had another 174lber. Thats about 10 foot long, my one prob only weighed 15-18lb. Same day I caught that my mate had a 59lber which towed the boat around the lake while I was pi$$ing myself on the bank

Yeah, nearly as ugly as me. Once out the water they dont move which is very unusual for fish. Unlike the sharks I caught on sat, they try and wrap their selfs round ya and rip ya skin off and the bigger ones try and big ya |

if you want your channel cat to live then dont get a wels he will just eat everything, and i do believe you need a license to keep one as they are capable of inflicting catastrophic damage to native species if introduced,i can probably get you a gigas though???? |
05-06-2007 23:18 by big cats
|
you would need to heat the pond for the gigas!!!!! but the effect would be the same (everything else would be food) |

can i assume you have an indoor pond?
i can get gigas as they are on cites2 but i would need to buy a hundred to make it worthwhile |

|
gigas shouldnt be imported let alone kept. Red tails shouldnt let alone them |

what fish should be kept ware do we start and finish and yes i do have heated pond i wish i had done this years ago save a mint on tanks thinking on number 2 now when i clear the place i want to put it . and as long as the wholesalers keep buying red tails from the importers they will still be ship over and the shops for buying them are at fault . |

hi used to buy fish from impoter mostly rays L no plecs knife fish and you dont have to bring in 100 a time as long as you order enough to fill a box it cost about £60.00 to ship them over and the fish are peanuts as you proberly no if you get the list |
