Hi tel, your NO3 is rather high , good quality water changes needed, ie Ro with DI .

Calcium a little on the low side, you can buy an addative to sort that.

PO4 needs to be got down, can you stick any phosphate remover in the filter? All so if your using tap water this could be the problem, or feeding frozen food and putting in the thawd out water will raise your PO4 .

Your KH is slightly on the high side, most tanks settle down to between 7/10.

HTH matey

Nitrate and phosphate are high and calcium low.

Nitrate should ideally never go above 25 ppm phosphate should be undetectable and calcium should be at about 380-420 other than that all tests are okay.

NO3 good quality water changes , ie RO with DI unit and a TDS meter, as above TEL

PO4 as above TEL

Calcium , in a tank your size good quality salt and good water changes as above , or cheap salt and calcium and mag additive.

Nitrate is down to water changes using salt mixed with RO/DI water checked with a TDS meter.

Phosphate down to water changes and using a good phosphate remover in the tank such as rowaphos.

Calcium water changes with a good salt and once you are in a routine to manage nitrate effectively you will be able to calculate the consumption rate of your tank with respect to calcium and you will be able to dose in small amounts daily to keep the calcium stable.

Personally I have found seachem additives to be the best and they have detailed instructions you can follow as well.
