19-06-2007 19:30 by big cats	you should use lighting your fish are at ease with,if you make it too bright they may become stressed and never show at their best,a broad spectrum is best because they will have a wide range of colours to be reflected back so a wide range of colours shone down is best something that replicates daylight or with a pink edge works well
