Those little round and pesky ones!!! Even chemicals don't kill them!!!
Does anyone know at what temperature these bastards die? I consider taking all plants and fish out and dropping a boiler element in the aquarium!

take the tank up to about 35c for about 3 days. dont take the temp up too high or theeres a chance the glass will crack

clown loach....I had snails - clown loach soon sorted that out for me!!

any form of loach, nett dredging,picking em out by hand, bundle 2p pieces in tank[take out all fish though]

I have 2 Clown Loachers!!! These bustards can easily take 3 of those snails in one go but they DON'T! It is they never learned that those can be a snack!

sounds like you need to change the lot get the gravel pout and boil it, that's were the eggs are. I've used chemicals as am having same prob atm since i brought some mollies in from (no names mentioned).... seems mine might be under control though

Try putting a lettuce leaf in the tank over night it'll be covered in snails by the morning

Interesting..... I came on this forum to ask the very same question having used 2 chemical products to no avail. Does the carbon filter remove the copper sulphate? In other words, should I remove it completely whilst treating or would I be wasting my time?

think the eggs were in the water, as there were snails in the tank i got them from.....never thought not to put the water in the tank too, as they were local, so same water chemistry.

If you catch those snails and post them to me id be ever so greatfull!!!

My clownloaches goes mad for them!!! once a week a get them from my LFS, they catch them and keep em for me and my loaches think they are better than cucumber!!!!
