A new competition for July, easy to take part. www.ruto.co.uk are offering a handy pick and mix box of nutritious frozen Ruto foods. |

The range is large and includes Daphnia, Brineshrimp, Mysis Shrimp, Bloodworm, Blackworm, Chopped Mussels, Chopped Cockles, Krill Pacifica, Squid, Special Mix, White Mosquito Larvae, Cichlid Mix, Tubifexm, Marine Mix, Malawi Mix, Discus Food, Discus Food Excellent, Lobster Eggs, Lance Fish, Tropical Quintet and Marine Quintet.
All you need to do is to list your selection of any 25 of the 100g blister packs. The winner (webmasters random choice) will get their choice delivered. That's enough frozen food treats to keep your fish going for a while. Your actual selection does not have to be the one listed (in case you change your mind). So visit www.ruto.co.uk and list your choice on this forum thread. Competition ends last day of July 2007. Choice is subject to availability. One entry per person. |

interesting the amount of people choosing malawi mix when this is just frozen vegetables? i know its a competition and it would be free but it makes me wonder how many people go and spend £2 on a pack of frozen veg when you could do it yourself for the equivilent of about 30p  |

Slap on the wrists for all those that have chosen Discus Food Excellent - as the website says these are only available in 500g slabs and not blister packs as per competition rules
Big hand to Sonia for her comments about Malawi Mix  - If I ever need a marketing agent I won't be calling on her
Finally, please note that Bloodworm comes in 100g choco slabs but can still be included as part of the prize  |

This is my selection - i would select at least 1 of almost all of them - i have a wide selection of fish so would like to sample all the diffrent types of food Ruto have, to find out which my fish enjoy the best.
This would give me a very good idea of what to get for my next order - and would enable me to have a good knowlege of the quality Ruto offer
