If thats the fish you mean then yes they are but they need mature tanks (1yr min) and atleast 50kgs of liverock per fish imo.

if they die they can poison your tank so you need to be very experienced

I have one that has been happy for the last 8 months. They need an established tank I have about 10KG's of live rock, but only sea horses and the mandarine, so their is not a lot of competition for fod.

They graze on copepods and other small crustacea in the living rock, they have to have a constant supply of pods as they dont all convert across to feeding on mysis etc
