17-07-2007 00:17 by robert.pope	no i havent forced it however it just would not locate right! i managed to bodge it with a layer of milliput putty around the missing plastic next to the rubber seal and then a ratchet webbing clamp over the lid and bucket( filter bottom) a wet carpet after a few failed trys i managed to get a good seal! looking at the good side this to had white stress flaws showing will be off to get a new filter in a few days any recomendations for a tank 150 litres ? are the filters with uv lights in any good as im getting some discus in the next couple of weeks?? thanks gang

17-07-2007 12:14 by PaddyD	Yes Filters with UV sterilizers are good. but I would go for a really well built filter (Eheim) over the uv as you can always buy an inline uv if you want one later
