Stress bars can come and go, give them time, they can come out in seconds if spooked or changing water, as long as your water is ok they should settle down, Very unlikely the bottom is a san mera as it should be a red colour |

The stress bars can come and go infrequently as they are not only related to stress due to environment but also when fish are sorting out territorial issues. The top fish looks more a snakeskin (look for the snake skin type pattern) and the lower is possible a not fully coloured up red alencquer or possible even a young red turq as the bars are starting to show through. I would probably edge towards a turq |
