28-07-2007 21:33 by smiggy	hi every one hope some one out there can help me , ive been offered some live rock at a good price its covered in purple coraline but its also covered in some sort of dark green algae and some of it seems to be peeling off the person said its been in there tank for over seven months but not sure if its ok to put in my setup canany one please advise as im new to this. thanks smiggy

29-07-2007 14:24 by JOHANSWAN	it work out for every 100 liter off water you need 10kgs off live rock 118gallon say roughly 500liter water makes it 50kgs off live rock to have a good filtration
