Hi,anyone able to help here? Have recently acquired 5 paratilapia polleni up to about 4 inches long. What are the prefered water parameters etc etc. An absolutely beautiful fish, difficult to spawn I'm told, but at what size. Thanks, Jim |

Hi jim
have breed theys fish in the past they grow to about 10 in when fully grown but will breed at a lot smaller [6in ] odd specimens can become very agresive when they get larger fish bred at a ph of around 7.2 and the eggs are on a string a bit like frog spawn hope this helps regards kev |

Help needed again please. Within 24 hours of purchasing these fish, one had died & was covered in fungus with fin rot.It now appears two more could be going the same way. Have been treating with Interpet no. 8 (fungus) but condition of both seems to be worsening. Anyone recommend an effective course of action to save the other four. |
