We are trying to update our filters to an Oasis bio2, we where wondering do we have to have
the pump at the far end to the actual filter box, and not right underneath.

So it basicaly goes out from one and goes back in the same end or is it the further away the better, as then it circulates all the water.

I would be grateful for aby help with this that anyone can give.

hi , are we talking the oase biosys 2 box filter with the UV ? and is this a submersable pump or a external pump. you should have a small inlet pipe and a large outlet pipe, the pump should feed water to the small inlet pipe , being on the filter or the UV. it dosenot mater where you put the pump as long as the pump can pump up to the filter without loseing much presure. if this is no help PM me a picture of the filter and i will send you back drawings of how to do it .
