My sterbai keep laying every now and then on the glass and plants but nothing survives as they are soon cleaned away. I think i have one male to three females, but one male and female seperate them selves and lay, today i collected the eggs and put them in a net fry trap, what are the chances of them hatching, should i put the whole thing near an outlet pipe or put an airstone in there. if they do hatch what is the best way to feed them, i thought that there is usually one female to two or three males to be successfull, any info appreciated.

Hi if you can get a plastic container like tupperware or the kind you get ice cream in put the eggs in this with some tank water and leave floating in the tank, add an air stone for circulation if the eggs have a white centre they are infertile, they take about 3/4 days to hatch depending on water temp after they hatch you also have to do small water changes twice a day if possible to keep the water good 10% of the water, using the water from the tank the are floating in, they use up their eggsack for2/3 days do not feed till the sack has gone I allways feed microworm for the first week then use some babybrine shrimp

This is just my way of doing it
