Just took these pictures which are clearer than the last ones of the growth which developed on the head of my male parrotfish. Might be a bit clearer to someone as to what it could be. It was very pale at first, like the skin had been stretched over it, now it's turned dark orange like the fish. Do you still think tumour? Like I said previously, it took about 3 days to get from nothing to this. No problems eating or behaviour wise. |

It was white when it first appeared, but as you can see has now gone orange. No discharge that I have seen. I personally don't think it's an ulcer, due to the swelling/growth of it, I would go with tumour at the minute. Thanks for your input Tasha, I could be wrong maybe it is an ulcer??? Anyone have any better ideas??? |

Maybe he's just horny.
Sorry, could resist.
Like you've said and I've previously said I think it's a tumour. Is he still acting normally, eating etc? |

actually seems to be shrinking a bit this morning. Whether it's cos it's blended in a bit with his colour I don't know. |

If he's still healthy I wouldn't worry too much.
If it is going down that's probably a good sign.
God I'm being helpful considering I hate parrot fish! |
