EQJ Trading/ BioPur Filter |

Hi - just wondering if anyone else had had any problems with these guys? I bought one of their 'BioPur' external filters through their ebay shop - when I connected it up it had a small leak. I spent an afternoon repeatedly taking it apart and reconnecting it and still having the leak. So I complained, they collected it and now say they've tested it and there's no leak. It all just seems a bit odd since a) I know how to connect a filter and b) they didn't get in touch with me about the 'results' until I started chasing them on the issue. Anyone had similar?
Thanks |

Yeah - guess I should have stuck to companies that are easier to deal with. Will put it down to experience and not go there again. |

I bought an 8x39w luminaire last year from them.
When it arrived 5 tubes were broken - they sent replacements quickly and no fuss.
Good price - quality left a little to be desired, but does the job. |
