I just got a 7ft x 1.5ft wide x 2ft high tank.The glass is 10mm, is this thick enough for this size of tank ?

well ND Aquatics whom i think you'll find are very well respected, and i include myself as one of their customers, do their standard 8x2x2 in 10mm glass, so the answer to your question is YES it is thick enough

yes it is think enough,only when you go over 2 foot height or width should it be thicker
