does it bug anyone else when they see people trying to sell fish on the ads page for ridiculous amounts of money and then on the wanted section asking for fish that are free or very cheap |

Aint just fish, som peeps are getting rid of tanks and equipment, and then later asking for the same stuff, presumably as "replacements"?
Seems daft to me. |

i take big cichlids in and will pay sometimes for good fish but mostly i expect to get them for little or nothing, if i get a pair or a fish that is not compatible if i pass them on i dont usually ask much if anything for them, but anything is only worth what someone is willing to pay, i went to look at '9 inch' pair of red devils the other day turned out to be 6 inch at a push and not a pair, in fact one of them was a midas?? some folk have no idea at all |

hi big cats, what you do is different to the point i made you take big fish that usually people can no longer handle or need rid of cos they've outgrown their tank correct ? so you are doing them a favour more than them doing you a favour but what gets me is when people want to sell you fish for more than or at least the same as the lfs would and then ask everyone to re-stock their tanks for nothing just strikes me as selfish and greedy and i'm saying this as someone that has often given fish away or made a loss on sometimes a big loss |
