i have got gentoo workers in my house modernising.before they started i had to sign a disclaimer in case of harm to my pets .due to the dust/plaster and other debris most of my fish died and i cant claim for them.has anyone else had similar happen to them. |

u should be able to claim off your insrance company . if not seek legal advice from citizens advice sorry cant be muc more help full |

Insurance companys want pay out for livestock, Only damage to tamk and equipment.

Unlucky about your fish, legally you have no leg to stand on since you signed a contract aknowledging the fact it could harm your pets. |
