Jake - add another 0 to the end of that price and you would be nearer the mark!

We were at Koi Water Barn a while back and a guy paid £8,000 for one fish and £11,000 for another, in cash!

My best mate is one of the biggest koi dealers in the south. £10,000 fish are common. He nearly bought a £40,000 chagoi last year for a lake, it did weigh twice as much as that fish above.

I could make a good living from fishing full time catching 30lb plus carp then sacking them up and selling them on the black market. £1000 cash easy for a 30lb fish which are in most lakes and rivers. Its so common, ever people smuggle carp over from france in helicopers its that worth while.

Fry lover, they can servive for a couple of DAYS out of water if kept wet ie wraped in a wet sack/ moss etc.

Carp just bore me know, much better things to catch out there like crabs!

13:35 by Fry Lover
