I am looking for a new acrylic bow-fronted and bow-backed tank, 1100mm high by 550mm deep by 1100mm wide. It will be set back against a curved wall hence bow in the back. It'll be a tropical set up with discus or cichlids in - not decided yet.
I have approached the following for quotes...
Talking Tanks / Plastics

Image Plastics

Neptune

Has anyone had an acrylic tank from any of these suppliers? How did you find them? Can anyone recommend another supplier they have personal experience of, ideally based in or around the midlands? Thanks in ancitipation of your help!

No these were acrylic lids and then I have a wooden hood over the top. Pm me if you want some photos.
Also have a friend who had one made by Talking Plastics and did not have a good experience. Best advice is to get try and get quotes from them all. I did that but could never get Neptunes to call me back and gave up after 4 tries. When I got mine Image Plastics were the cheapest and it arrived on time with no delays and no problems. |
