On 5 December 2007 the company entered administrative receivership.
Tim Dolder and Mark Fry of Begbies Traynor (South) LLP were appointed joint administrative receivers.

The joint administrative receivers act as agents of the company and without personal liability.
Wildwoods will continue trading as normal
and it also says 30% of pond and aquarium products

the receivers are called in to try to save a company it is not their job to close it ,they will reduce stocks and call in debts and reduce overheads all in the hope of making it a saleable asset |

i hope they dont close down.
im going there tommorow as i need stuff for my nano and can see it turning into a dear trip even with them offering 30% off

waterworld is also going its been sold to developers will be closed in 18 months , and wildwoods will be sold on to world of water or maidenhead . im thinking of opening my own shop up thier now |

Wildwoods are selling some pond fish at a discount, extra large goldfish, butterfly ghost koi, white orfe and tench. These are £20, £8 or £4 depending on the size. Also some discount koi. |
