hi all,my rams are laying eggs as i type away,the internet seems to give different answers to the following questions like how long untill they hatch and how long after are they free swiming i need get some brineshrimp on the go i hope,any one no the answers thanks

Hi tucker, if they are like bolivian rams which i imagine they are, the eggs will be about 3 days in hatching and a few days after that free swimming, you may well also find that the male takes care of the young and keeps the female away. bbs, microworm and decapsulated brineshrimp eggs make good first foods.

That is really up to you, i have always left mine in and he has never done her any damage at all, he just keeps her at the other end of the tank.

he hate them today i will take them away next tine,my other pair have started to clean a spot up aswell

awww nevermind, if you leave them together they will get it right eventually, my pair finally succeeded on their 3rd spawn.
