Has anybody on here dealt with fastlight/marine lighting before ?
The reason i ask is that i oredered 2 250watt lamps from them on friday last week and asked for next working day delivery. i expected to get delivery by Tuesday given that they wouldnt of got the order until monday morning . I got home from work on tuesday and the bulbs had'nt arrived . so i emailed them and asked if they had received the order and they confirmed they had. and that the parts had been sent under a postage reference number (which they gave me) and that they would look into it. i accepted what they had told me and waited for another day , until wednesday when i got home from work they still had'nt arrived . so i emailed to in orm them of this but got no reply. after work today the lamps still have not arrived and according to royal mail or parcel force websites the delivery number does not exist. so i have emailed them again. Marine lighting have not replyed to any of the later emails i have sent . has anybody else had this experience with these people? |
