I have a heater from the juwel tanks and it is ***. it is on the lowest setting and its at 28 degrees if not warmer, It feels like my bathwater! any one know how i can reduce the temp of the tank? i have put the heater on the water line at the mo to see if i can loose some heat by that... any ideas would be great! thanks

sounds like you need a new heater dom,if you have a lid on the tank remove it,allows for heat to disperse.cant you borrow the money for a new one or maybe if someones close by they can lend you one?

Yeah maybe i can get one from my cousin, i will leave the lid off for a few hours a day or something, i loose a lot of water through evaporation, oh well, excuse for a water change i suppose. thanks boss
