04-09-2005 14:41 by MC	In my experience incompatabilty is not too much of an issue, but you would not want to mix large koi types with the more fanciful varieties, purley on the basis of competition for food and the differing activity levels.

04-02-2006 09:14 by Melody	i'm looking at entending my cold water fish collection but have been told that some fish eat others, compete for food and stuff like that and i was wondering which cold-water fish would suit best with common goldfish?i already have 4 small ones in a large tank.
04-02-2006 11:16 by kell	they wont stay small, how big is a large tank?? I had 2 common goldfish in with a fantal and a black moor and they seemed to get on fine, now i have a shubunkin and a black moor together and they get on fine , although they do scrap abit a feeding time.
