100 gallon SPS reef coral reef eco –system with living rock and a mature deep 6’’ living sand bed abundant with a plethora of breeding species. (Clean up crew).
The reef is set out in an island style with many species of coral, some of which are large colonies and include some nice specimens such a strawberry shortcake.
Fish species include purple and yellow tangs,flame hawkfish and algae blenny.
The reef is lit and with 2 radions and water movement is provided partly by an eco tech mp40.
Filtration is via a corner weir into a large sump situated below the tank. This contains a protein skimmer and tank parameters are maintained by the balling method provided by a ghl dosing pumps. Water is returned with a waveline dc pump.
The reef tank requires both a knowledgable and compassionate reef keeper.The reef is very economical to run as it uses led lights and low wattage DC pump.Buyer to collect. £1500 ono.
