Description:
I will be putting my house up forsale at the end of the week t move nearer family,
so with MASSIVE regret, my aqua medic percula 4foot bow front tank has to go, as there is no room in the new house!!
There is over 20 diffrent corals in there, all growing well and have ben fragged a few times, some are due for a frag now but due to the move, I have not got the space or the time to do it!
The fish included are my
coral beauty
black and white clown
4 black striped damsels
algea blenny
yellow tailed damsel
salamander
and a yellow angel
also :
pacific anenome
spiny sea urchin
black bristled starfish
chocolate chip starfish
Included with the tank is lots and lots of live rock, i would say easily well over 300kg of live rock been in my tank for over 3 years and is full of life, with an amazing center piece that is flat with two plates together worth over £100 on its own
The tank has four 54w t8 lights two blue and two white, working off two arcadia units on timers so that it makes the tank have sunset and sunrise, this helps the coral and does not scare the fish when the light turn off or on. The blues are set to be on, on there own at night so that the tank has a midnoight glow so you can see all the natural glows of the life in the tank
The corals are a mixture of lots including true dragon eye zoas and leathers, they were fragged about two months ago, and have all grown back to bigger than when i fragged them so you can see how well they are growing and the way they are looked after
Behind in the trickle filter system there are three uprated power heads blasting over 6000litres an hour giving the tank a really good flow without the ugly power heads being stuck in the front of the glass.There is a aqua medic skimmer in the back too, which is said to be one of the best models going for the size, there is a sump pump in there for the main flow pumping 3000 ltr itself, the tank is really quite and has bio balls and fibre block for filtration
the sand is live sand and has been seeded from the golden sands of austrailia makes no diffrence really but i love oz and wanted some of it in my house!!
also included is lots of bits and bobs uder the tank like pipes and pumps and stuff, also there is a uv steriliser included, it all works fine, new bulb last month and a spare included, not in use so stored underneath
there is a big test kit included with lots of diffrent bits, and i have a few boxes and tubs to help the move but you will need a big car for the move
all i ask for is somone to have a little idea of how to look after them
