Eventually the calvus will need to be moved away from the similis and into a bigger tank, but they're fairly slow growers.
Tank is a Fluval duo 1000 with beech cabinet, twin integral fluorescents. 2 x fluval 4 internals, 100w heater, sand substrate, ocean rock, some live plants, artificial coral and lots of shells. My original plan was to see how the fish and tank would work together when decorated in a marine style, as I have many customers who want the look of marine without the extra equipment.
Total cost for tank + cabinet + equipment + decor + fish = £150.
