water tight, has breeze blocks for base with wooden slats on top i was going to buy some wood to put around base never got around to it, comes with hood and rena xp3 and light unit and tube, plus the sand thats in there if wanted £180, or just the tank and hood for £140 tank will be getting emptied on saturday 13th of march so if anyone want it let me know as i might be able to deliver aswell on that day for a cost cheers
