5ft Cleair Marine Fish Tank, beech finish, 10mm glass

Description:
Hi, and welcome to my add for my beloved marine tank, which i regrettably have to part with due to relocating. This tank is my pride and joy and has given me many hours of enjoyment. As you can see by the photos this is a tidy setup with excellent quality accessories, please see the extensive list below of what is included:-
· 5ft wide x 1.5ft deep, Cleair Marine tank and stand (stand has 4 cupbords and 2 shelves), 10mm thick glass with curved corners at the front, tank has 4 integral light tubes in the lid
· £1000 worth of Fiji Grade A live rock, fully cured
· Fluval FX5 in excellent condition, includes instructions dvd and box
· Aqua Medic Turboflotor 750 – internal protein skimmer as seen in tank pics (with manufacturers operation manual)(cost £120 new)
· 1 x magnetic glass cleaner/thermometer (just needs new battery)
· 2 x Fluval tronic 300w heaters in their plastic protective cases, inc an instruction manual (cost £30 each new)
· 2 x Maxi jet 1200 power head (cost £30 new each)
· 1 x 5ft marine coral effect background
· 1 x ‘Saltwater Master Liquid test kit (hardly used)
· 1x 473ml bottle of Stress Coat (Hardly used)
· 1 x 1kg bottle of ‘Seachem Reef advantage calcium – raises cacium’ (new and sealed worth £30+)
· 1 x 1kg bottle of ‘Seachem Reef buffer – raises pH to 8.3’ (Hardly used)
· 1 x 500g bottle of ‘Seachem Reef buffer – raises pH to 8.3’ (Half used)
· 1 x 500ml bottle of ‘Seachem Prime (new and sealed worth £15+)
· 1 x 250ml bottle of ‘Nutrafin Cycle’ (1/2 used)

Obviously this sale is for collection only due to the size, weight and nature.
Buyer is responsible for bringing enough containers etc to take the live rocks and any water you want to keep.
Buyer will need to bring enough manpower to lift the tank, i would have thought a van would be required to transport this item.
