Betta Lifespace 680 set-up comprising of the following:
- Tank with pelmet, stand and sump
- High grade pipework from CoralCulture, upgraded from the terrible Chinese stuff they give you as standard (this alone cost around £70), there is union ball valve's on every pipe to easy maintenance or replacement of parts
- ATC800 Temperature controller wired up for heating (300w heater) AND cooling (the cooling side has a twin plug bar wired in to accommodate more than one cooling appliance e.g. 2 x fans
- Aquamedic Multi SL1000 Protein skimmer, this cost me £160 new from TAC
- Eheim compact+ 3000 (fully adjustable upto 3000lph) return pump, again I upgraded from the rubbish pond pump they give you - this cost me around £65 new from TAC
- Aquamedic Oceanlight + 150w halide with 2 x actinic t5's, this cost £400 new and is only just over 12 months old (as is the rest of the tank/equipment as a matter of fact) The bulb was replaced with a 10,000k bulb and since has had only a month of use
