40 gallon reef tank everything to go

Description: i have for sale my 5 month old mixed fish/invert tank. the tank is a jewel rio 40 gal ive taken the interneal filter out and am using 2 externals this tank has been maintained very highly everything is in good shape for sale is the following

40 gallon rio 180
old rio lights 2x30watt daylights ( note these arent on the tank now).
400watt 14k arcadia metal halides new only 2 months old with twin 18watt blues analog version.
2x fluval 304 externals new very eficiant
(with box and all spares)
£100 of premium indian ocean live rock encrusted with coraline ( no nuisance alage)
15 watt uv filter
deltec denitrator ( o no3 constantly )
prizm skimmer standard version ( plenty good enough on 40 gallon baring in mind i use seachem purigen the tank could go skimmerless no problem)

ph pen very acurate get instant readings only 2 weeks old

loads of crabs n snails cerith and reg legged hermits
1x peppermint shrimp ( very good eats aptasia)

1x green mushroom ( huge )

1x green euphillia frogspawn ( very rare looks awsome large size)
some little polyps green and yellow ( will go for £5 nice rock but been a bit nibbled by the angel)
1 blue sea whip ( awsome blue polyps)
1 purple gorgonia
1 malu anemone (very nice note clowns havent hosted yet only 1 month old)
and a few other corals but those are the nicest
all corals in good health and i feed on the best DTs live phyto . ive noted down al lthe prices on these things so far ive spent £2100 this tank is only 5 months old everything is good condition allways used ro water + yes filter is included and as i mentioned b4 i will also throw in my spare tanks
1x 120 gallon tank ( just tank)
1x jewel 15 gallon with internal filter plus light n hood ( could be used as quarantine)
1x 4 foot clear seal tank with cabinet
all this is going as i am taking a break in asia for 6 months to go diving the real reefs and i need the money so its goin for £1400 ono £700 off new price and thats not including the extra tanks buyer would have to arrange delivery but i can get poly boxes and good bags from my lfs to pack everything in.
