Complete fish room
I am really upset to have to sell this fish room as it took me months to build and not so long ago either. (completed only 6months ago). Due to new work commitments I am unable to spend anytime in there now. This has been a very good business for me and has made me quite a lot of money. So anyone who has a spare garage or large shed and has some spare time you can make good money. I, as most you may know I sold discus had 10 holding tanks divided into two and 2 large quarantine tanks and 2 large hospital tanks and 1 very large sump and 1 smaller sump.
So this setup is suitable for anyone wanting to breed import or buy and sell. If you dedicate enough time and effort into this you can make in excess of £1,000 profit per month or you may not even be interested in the business side of fish keeping and just be a avid fish hobbyist and want your own space to keep a wide selection of fish this whole setup everything has been carefully selected so that the cost of electricity is as low as possible. (costs me around £10-15 per week) which for keeping 16 tanks (2800litres) doing 100%+ water change per day is very cheap.
Everything that is for sale is mainly aimed at soft water tropical fish but can be easily altered to suit any need.
10 of my holding tanks are divided and drilled at the bottom outlet (waste water) and centre back inlet ( new filtered water). The inlets all have taps on to control the volume of water to each tank and the outlets have a pipe at that reaches to the top of the water to skim the surface and tank away any surface scum and excess water.
Then the water flows through to my main sump filtration then after clearing that is flows through my external sump pump (very quite used for swimming pools low on electricity cost £199.00 new++ also have a back up one included) then through a TMC P2 UV sterilizer (best around cost £249.00 new) and then through a ELECRO 1KW TITANIUM external heater (top of the range cost £439.00 new) then the water flows back in the ten divided tanks (20 outlets)
All the tanks and are fed oxygen via 1 large 280ltr industrial air pump each air line has flow control to regulate the flow of oxygen (best around cheapest on electricity cost £149.99 new++also have a back up one included)
To condition the water going into the system I have 1 HMA filter with new and unopened filters (costs £79.99 new) also I use a top of the range osmotics 400GPD PUMPED RO UNIT with inline TDS meter flow regulator and auto back wash with brand new membrane and filters (again top of the range cost £349.99)
All the pipe work is included in this sale to connect everything together
I have four T5 starter light units to light up all my tanks with four blubs. All the tanks sit on a strong wooden structure which is included in the sale.
I am also including a industrial dehumidifier which cost me £239.00 new and fan to circulate the warm air and a fridge freezer to keep all you fish food i will also include just over 6Kg of beefheart if this is any interest to you.
