  Skimz SM251 protein skimmer


Description: I'm selling my beast of a skimmer. Not many of these in the UK due to the incompetence of the original wholesaler/importer. There is a company with supplies to spares though so don't be put off.

My skimmer is in great condition apart from one detail. One of the pumps seized on me after I left it unused and without cleaning for two long. Ive sourced a spare, and it'll cost £99 to replace (including a new pinwheel etc) So Ive taken that into account when pricing this skimmer..

So... i will take £160 for it.

To give you an idea, this skimmer retails at £550

Out performs Deltecs and ATIs whilst being cheaper and much more solidly built. The Eden pumps are very efficient, both pumps come in at under 20w each IIRC
