Description:
Too much information on this one. Its been used for freshwater tropical and is in excellent worling order.
Will be provided in a used condition with the large foam that surrounds the baskets but no other media. Will also come with hoses i cut mine very long and they did have slack (naughty naughty). However i did not use the two over the rim hooks as i have purpose built holes in the back of my tank and cabinet so used suction cups instead which i can provide you IF YOU ASK.
This machine does have two flaws the dial to the sump is broken and i have had to use a tool to turn it on and off, however you do not actually need to use the sump to carry out maintenance and new ones are purchased on eBay for £10.95.
Secondly one of the lid lockers has the missing orange barrely thingy which stops it coming away from the lid when unscrewed however it still effectively carries out its purpose when screwed down. Again these are on eBay for £6.95ea.
I still have the instruction manual and its filled with maintenace tips set up instructions and trouble shooting list including helpful UK numbers to call for stockists and sapre parts.
Selling in view of my recent downsize to a 190L tank only and the fact it will not fit in the cabinet i bought for my new tank :( sad parting i love this filter its capable of looking after 1500L and circulated over 600L per hour!!
£155 no price drops they are still worth £250 new and this one is in perfect well looked after working order.
