4 Foot Reef Tank, Stand & Fit Filtration Sump: North Herts

I have given up my beloved hobby and now have a fantastic aquarium and a custom made 'Fit Filtration' Sump - overall cost new £2000 - for sale.
The cabinet is on a classic silver wood stand with an open top matching hood.
All you need to complete this reef set up is a protein skimmer, overtank luminaire and a return pump.
The main tank was manufactured by seashell and has no leaks or cracks. There are some superficial scratches on the main tank which can't be seen once the tank is full. The glass is 12mm thick with black silicone, so is a well made, good quality item that was manufactured by seashell.
The sump has 6 compartments:
1. Pre filter to catch detritus
2. Large comnpartment - to house protein skimmer
3. Small, tall compartment for Deep Sand Bed or Calcium carbonate
4. Bio ball Glass compartment to breakdown nutrients which is fed by a new jet 1000 lph pump
5. Return pump chamber
6. Fresh water chamber to house an auto top system
Included is also a Deltec Sulphur Nitrate filter.
The sump is 40" and was custom made to be one of the top range sumps (£900 new) Although the sump served a 48" heavily stocked tank, it could be used to service any tank up to 7 foot.
I am looking for a quick sale, hence the asking price of £375.00 for the whole lot to go asap.
I live on a first floor flat, so you would need 4 to 6 strong guys to help you with lifting the tank and equipment down the stairs given the weight of the items.
Any inspection welcome - A great piece of kit for an experienced or amateur Aquarist who is just starting out.
