1 x 3 foot, 1 ballast has died, partially disasembled ready for new ballast, tubes 6 months old, cover glass has marks on it.

1 x 4 foot, 1 ballast has died, partially disassembled ready for new ballast, tubes 2 months old (only 3 tubes), no cover glass, end caps/connectors could do with replacing (they work but need help holding the tubes in when the unit is the right way up).
