Description:
please read description carefully! large aquarium measuring roughly 15 feet, made up of 2 tanks, each roughly 5 feet and a glass tunnel of roughly 5 feet. For a quick description, the tanks are around 5 x 3 x 2 feet LxHxW .
For accuracy, all of the following exact measurements are in millimeters.
First tank- 1565mm in length x 865mm in height x 600mm in width, and holds 727 litres.
second tank- 1550mm in length x 865mm in height x 600mm in width, and holds 724 litres.
Both tanks are semi braceless, and constructed in 15mm polished edge glass.
The tunnel- 1460mm in length x 200mm external diameter, and holds 40 litres. The wall of the tunnel is 4mm borosilicate glass. 30mm of its length will be used up sat within the tank ends.
It is drilled and plumbed for each tank to be filtered with 2 separate eheim 2260 bucket filters, which I'm selling individually in a separate listing, as many people are not fond of canister filters, and would rather go down the sump or internal filter rout. However, they worked extremely well, and might be worth considering if bidding on this aquarium. The tank has been dismantled for obvious transport reasons! And will need cleaning and reassembling. All of the glass is present for this. I had it set up for over 10 years, so will have expected scratches and scuffs. It was great fun to own, and the various fish species zooming up and down the tunnel provided hours of entertainment!
