Description: Due to upgrading i have a custom made tank measuring 46"x29"x14 for sale on a custom hand made, very strong wooden stand. The tank has the back painted blue but is easy to scrape off if needed. There are no leaks or cracks, i still have malawi cichlids in it at the moment. The height of the tank shows off fish beautifully. Because of the height of the tank, the stand is only 22" high. All in all the whole structure including the lid, stands at 54". The stand has just been replaced and i am just waiting for the joiner to put the doors on it, so in the photos you can only see the basic structure, which is very substantial as the tank is very heavy. The lid is actually 48" which overlaps the tank by an inch each way, but this has never been a problem.Because the tank is custom made.. it is difficult to buy a perfect fitting lid, however anyone with the right skills could make a perfect one. As i have upgraded i am using the filter, heater etc .. however at this moment the lighting unit and two lights are included as i think my new tank has them included. (i am actually changing over tanks this Friday 11th April, so the tank will be available after then, and i will know for sure.) The stand has just cost me £60 alone to be made so i am asking £120 for the tank and stand together for a quick sale. Please call if you have any questions. Buyer must collect.....
