DELIVERY
Your fish will be packed to travel for a minimum of 24 hrs. We will double bag them with oxygen & boxed. They will be sent by overnight courier and you will be notified of the delivery day. Times of delivery will be between 8am and 4pm.
Any deliveries to Scotland will inccur a futher delivery charge. Sorry can no longer deliver to Ireland.
Someone must be present to recieve and sign for the fish on the first atempt of delivery, if not we cannot guarantee the health and wellbeing of the koi. If delivered and signed for in the times specified we guarantee that the koi will be healthy, in good condition and alive, and if in the unfortunate event of koi arriving having died in transit, contact us immediatly and send us a photo of loss by email to verfiy and we will refund you for the said loss.
Please provide a contact number on ordering in the event the delivery driver cannot find the delivery address
